Making Money Ideas – Get a Job You Love and Money Will Follow

You feels tired every morning and just don’t feel like going to work. And when Monday comes, you always feel blue and you start looking forward to the coming weekend. You are depressed because you hate you job. Am I talking about you? If yes, it is time for a change. By changing, I don’t mean sending in your resignation letter tomorrow, not until you have found yourself some making money ideas – one of which is finding yourself a better job.

But changing the company you are working in should not be your one and only option. Relax your mind and think carefully about what you actually like and want to do. This is your future and it is worth contemplating. However, be practical and don’t take donkey years to contemplate or your contemplation may become procrastination. Take a good look at what you are interested in and what you are expert in.

Next, examine the prospects of your current job and see if you have any opportunity to advance higher. If the answer is ‘No’ or you really hate your present job, consider transferring to another department within the company which can give you a job you are interested in and with better prospect. You may have to start with the same or lower amount of salary, but with better prospect, you can expect advancement to a higher level as well as a raise sooner or later if you are good in what you are doing.  Find out your option from your boss or person in charge of Human Resource department.

This is your job we are talking about here so don’t put it at stake by threatening to resign or manifesting your unhappiness. Instead, show them that you want further challenges and will like to perform better, and you are there to request for assistance and advice. No boss who is in his or her right sense will come to despise an employee who wants to contribute to the company.

Most jobs that pay well require higher qualification or expertise in an area. So you should also be considering your skills and qualification. Are you qualified for that job you are interested in? If you think you are not qualified for the job at the moment, find ways to upgrade your skills. You may have to get a higher qualification, attend special course or even read more about that industry. Alternatively, you can look up other making money ideas and move on!

Learn to sell yourself. Learn to write effective resumes. You have to highlight your expertise, experience as well as qualification. These are the some areas that can earn you extra points when you are applying for a new job. Just remember that there are many money making ideas around, so you really do not have to stick with your unreasonable boss and risk losing your sanity!

Although we should not be charging a book by its cover, the first impression is still very crucial. Whether you land yourself in that preferred job of yours boils down to how well you perform in the interview. You should begin by dressing appropriately. It is best to dress up and look professional. When interviewing, make good eye contact to show your sincerity and confidence. By manifesting your enthusiasm towards the job, you have scored a few positive points of getting the position.

It has been said that if you have a job which you love and interested in, you don’t have to work for a single day again. It has also been said that if you are doing something out of love and interest, you would increase your work productivity and hence, money would also be flowing in to your pocket.
